Pacific Star Homes offer a complete building solution for builders and developers wanting to maximize the return of investment on their development projects.  From initial design and structural engineering, to plan check, and all the way through construction; Pacific Star Homes provides the support and expertise to give you the confidence to know your project will be handled professionally and in a timely manner.

Prospective clients first contact our sales division and provide an introduction of themselves, their company, and the details of the specific proposed development project.

A Pacific Star sales representative will contact them to give example projects and cost approximations for the client to determine whether Pacific Star Homes are the appropriate solution for your project.

2. Contract

Once your project has been reviewed and discussed with a sales representative, Pacific Star Homes will provide a sales contract.  An additional contract will be provided for the erection of the home on your building site.

The founder of Pacific Star Homes carries a California State Contractor's License and Nevada State Contractor's License which ensures the customer that their home project will be completed according to all regulations governed by the State of California CSLB (www.cslb.org). 

Once the preliminary contract and ‘good faith’ deposit have been confirmed, the client must provide the floor plan and elevation drawings for their homes.  Clients also have the option to license a Pacific Star Homes model home for the use in their development community.

Pacific Star will take the client’s design and structurally engineer the home to our modular building system.  Pacific Star will provide all necessary structural engineering stamps for the building and will configure the home design for production in our factory.

5. Materials Selection

Pacific Star will provide the client with a list of complete materials for the home, with options that allow the client to select the quality and type of materials that best suit their aesthetic and economic considerations for their job.  Once the materials list is finalized, the home is ready to be manufactured.

Homes are generally manufactured in 1-2 days at the factory and staged on-site until the order is complete.  Once complete, building modules and panels are consolidated with any remaining finishing materials and prepared for shipment.

Homes are shipped by container vessel and usually take between 14-18 days to arrive at port in America.  It then takes about 3-5 days for the homes to be cleared through customs and delivered to the jobsite.  All materials will arrive according to a coordinated schedule that ensures the builder will have all required materials as needed to complete the build in a rapid and efficient manner.

Prior to arrival of the homes, Pacific Star will provide the builder with a “Sill-plate Template” that shall be used to properly prepare the foundation according to the home design.  This foundation will be poured and ready for building in advance of the home arriving.

Pacific Star will provide a lifting crane on the day of arrival, and will assist the builder in placing the home on the existing foundation.  All other finishing requirements for the home shall be the responsibility of the builder, and Pacific Star will provide all materials according to the contractual agreements with the client
