Our newly established 25,000 square foot factory in Salinas, California boasts new manufacturing equipment from the USA combined with experienced factory management and state-of-the-art quality assurance.  We are conveniently located on Highway 101 and able to deliver homes throughout the USA and the world.

Pacific Star Homes has taken rigorous measures to ensure that the quality and certification of our steel frame homes meet and exceed standard building codes.  Our steel studs meet all US building requirements including ICC and ASTM approvals; furthermore, we have contracted with an authorized Design Assurance Agency (DAA) from America to certify our homes for US building codes.
